The Town Hall parking lot redevelopment project will start on Monday, March 18th.
The first few days will involve the contractor mobilizing to the site, and removing the pin oak trees in the parking lot. The project will be done in phases, with the first phase including the redevelopment of the parking area on the southern side (Police Department side) of the building. This phase is expected to be completed by mid-May. The second phase will be the redevelopment of the drive aisle and parking area on the northern side of the building, and should be completed by the end of June.
The parking area on the northern side of the building will be available for the May 4th Dog Days on Main event.
The blue mailbox and the Town’s dropbox will be temporarily unavailable during construction.
Just Dogs will locate on the northern side of the parking lot until construction on the southern side is completed.
